Limited Use Statement
Personality Poker™

The Personality Poker™ card game (the “Product”) is sold for personal use for entertainment or educational purposes only. The purchaser agrees to be bound by the conditions of this limited use statement (“Limited Use Statement”). Purchasers may use this Product for personal use and development, but not for commercial use (“Commercial Use”). Commercial Use means any and all uses of this Product and derivatives of this Product by a party for monetary or other consideration and may include but is not limited to use in: (1) providing a service or information; and (2) resale of the Product or its derivatives, whether or not such Product or derivatives are resold for personal use.

Notwithstanding the previous paragraph, Commercial Use of the Product is limited solely and exclusively to those who have purchased and completed the Innovation Personality Poker™ Virtual Train the Trainer training (VT3 Package). Purchasers who have undergone the training in their individual capacity may use the Innovation Personality Poker card game for profit, subject to the training seminar instructions. Such purchasers who receive any consideration for the use of the Innovation Personality Poker™ card game must leave the used card decks with the client and cannot retain and reuse the same cards for different clients. Purchaser may choose to charge its client for the Product separately or to include the cost of the Product in the fee that they charge their clients. Nothing in this Limited Use Statement provides the Purchaser with the ability to add or change the Product from its original form.
