Workshops and Training

We offer a wide variety of innovation training and workshops.  Some of our most popular programs are:

  • Creating a challenge-based innovation culture
  • Leveraging open innovation and crowdsourcing
  • Creating high-performing innovation teams (using our Personality Poker® system)
  • Tools for breakthrough thinking
These programs are typically targeted at the core innovation team and the “center of excellence.”  Our objective is to enable your innovation master blackbelts to be effective leaders within your organization.  We also have training programs specifically for leadership teams that address organization structure, measures, and motivation strategies for driving an innovation culture.

NEW: Through our partnership with Linkage, we offer a two-day training course and an optional train-the-trainer. Although this will be formally rolled out in late-2012, we are piloting this program now.

Also, through our partnership with Skillsoft, we offer a variety of videos by Stephen Shapiro on innovation.
