Our Innovation Catalyst Program

We offer corporations a number of consulting options. Our most popular is our Innovation Catalyst Program.

We work with your organization to stimulate creativity and create a culture of innovation. Over a 6-month period, Stephen Shapiro will personally spend approximately 4 days per month with your organization; typically 2 days on site and 2 days remotely. This is performed for a fixed fee. Some of the activities performed are:

• an assessment/diagnosis of the current state of innovation within your organization.
• a “blueprint” for the business looking at organization structure, processes, culture, capabilities, leadership, strategy, technology, and performance measures.
• a plan of action to help you achieve the highest levels of innovation.
• training and breakthrough-thinking sessions conducted as needed.
• unlimited e-mail and phone support throughout the program.

To make this intervention a success, we ask that you commit a near full-time resource from your organization to work with Stephen during this program.

In addition to traditional consulting, we also offer business advice via teleseminars and corporate coaching.

Effective July 1, 2009, our “Innovation Catalyst Program” will be delivered in a partnership with InnoCentive. InnoCentive is the leader in Open Innovation and Crowdsourcing.  In addition to support from Stephen Shapiro, you also have the added advantage of a larger network of innovation experts, and collaborative innovation software included at no extra charge.  All speeches, teleseminars and coaching are still delivered personally by Stephen Shapiro as part of 24/7 Innovation.  Please contact us with any questions or inquiries.
