Sometimes you only need access to someone who’s “been there, done that.” Our mentor program gives unlimited email and phone access to Stephen Shapiro. He can help you with specific questions you might have. Or maybe you just want to bounce an idea off him. You decide how much or how little you need his support. This is ideal when you are setting up your innovation core team. Stephen can help accelerate the process of getting them established, giving you greater results in less time.

These intensive, one-on-one coaching sessions help executives unleash their own creativity and teach them how to instill a culture of innovation in all employees at all levels. Executive coaching focuses on how to be an inspirational leader, how to relax control safely, how to enable your team to take risks and think for themselves, and how to encourage (and cherish) positive tension within the organization. Coaching takes place over a period of 3 to 6 months and includes a structured program of feedback, troubleshooting and continuously updated innovation plans. Executive Coaching is most powerful when used in conjunction with an Innovation Intervention.
