		<description>Although I did not know Paul Newman personally, I always admired him.  He was an Academy Award winning actor (I remember being enthralled by &amp;#8220;The Sting&amp;#8221; as a kid), a championship race car driver, a successful food business man (I love Newman&amp;#8217;s Own dressings and salsas) and a philanthropist.
