Here’s a 1 minute video clip from a speech I gave a year ago in Denmark. It compares the movement of innovation efforts in companies to the movement of old, wooden roller coasters.

    Very good points. I love wooden roller coasters (don’t really like steel). However, all roller coasters, both wood and steel, have one thing in common that should give any innovator pause. They throw you around, shake up your insides, scare the daylights out of you, and leave you right back where you started.

    Don…um, maybe rollercoasters are not the best analogy…
