		<description>I sincerely enjoyed the article titled, Resolutions That Work.  I typically set a NY resolution and try to be &quot;realistic&quot; in doing so.  Until now, I hadn&#039;t thought about setting a goal or theme that empowers me vs something that could potentially cause me stress, failure, frustration, etc.  What a terrific concept.  

My theme for 2009 is &quot;family.&quot;</description>
