Thank you Stephen for this clear, complete and concise way of viewing the daunting world of “solo-preneurship”. I know all too well how easy it is to steer off course due to microfocusing in one area that I feel most comfortable in. This offers a way to look at the areas I’m not so comfortable in and make a choice to handle them by either outsourcing, partnering or rethinking. Simple and Great stuff! It’s the kind of thing I’d call “freebox thinking”!
