But when I had a little trouble (originated by EXPEDIA) I could see (and suffered) the catastrophic consequences. I have used Expedia, Orbitz and others with no problems...ever. I once had an issue with an Expedia reservation, and they promptly corrected the situation. Any company of any size has complaints.
