There are a few key books I've read during different periods of my life, and each time I get new insights or can apply old insights in a new context. Even those books I remember well can help give me the gumption I need to get through a critical period (e.g., Susan Jeffers' Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway has helped me rise to several professional challenges).
