Congrats on the release of your book and this great interview. Listening to you speak of your goals, it made me realize how much of life I missed in the past 2 years, and how many great relationships I damaged, by not enjoying the here and now, and stop the GOAL MADNESS.
I have started to enjoy the here and now and see everything and everyone around me as a wonderful learning experience!
I can’t wait to read my Goal Free Living Book!
Love the website also!
Hi … I downloaded the fox interview and there is no voice : (
Is there a problem with the link or is it at my end ? I would love to hear it !
Thanks ~ Tia
Tia, the video clips should work fine. I just double checked both versions. Steve
Hi Stephen,
I love your theory on living a goal free life and just ordered your book. I’m a christian and from the excerpts iv’e read and interview i heard you in it tends to take on a flavor of how the good Lord wants us to live on a day to day basis with out actuallly saying it in those terms; I’m wondering if there are any underlying religious beliefs there as well? Great stuff!!
Sincerly,
Meegan
I loved this clip. I found it very helpful. It seems like goals are a form of judging yourself, but aspirations infuse your “now” with more excitement and fun. The idea that what a person considers a weakness can be a strength is something that has never occurred to me before! What an amazing idea. Thank you for sharing.
Sincerely, Linda
Stephen,
Given the time constraints, you did a great job on the FOX interview. Perhaps more importantly: your demeanor itself was your product’s best endorsement: light, articulate, enjoying the moment, and gracious.

I’ve looked at your clip on FOX, and intend to browse your book for more detail. I’ve found that you can enjoy all your goals if you relate them to your life purpose, and add an emotional ‘why’ to them….it’s a concept from Anthony Robbins series: ‘Time of your Life’. I have goals and I enjoy the process because I have a reason for doing them that I remember on a daily basis.
